Lesley has been my realtor for 10 years! We met in 2011 to purchase our first home in Cambridge, ON and since then we have bought and sold with her 4 times! What I liked about her from the jump was her ability to listen to exactly what we were looking for. I’m a very specific person and I only had to mention once to her what my budget was, the type of home I wanted, our needs, Our wants, the area etc She was never pushy from the beginning (never asked us to sign at our first showing) which I loved and she was such a wealth of knowledge If the area we wanted. Which already saves me time because in this market you have no time for an inspector. She has been in the business so long that her predictions on Sell prices are bang on versus asking price. When it’s time to sell, her attention to detail is impeccable! From the best photographers, to great posters to state of the art staging I mean she comes in sleeves rolled and ready to work to ensure you get the best offer there is out there! As I get ready to close on my new home yet again with her (our 5th deal) I find myself overjoyed that i found exactly what I wanted. She kept me encouraged and optimistic in this very unpredictable market.
